(100 FF is about 19 US $)

The full fee includes admission to all sessions, refreshments during the breaks, gala dinner, a copy of the preprints.

Student registration does not include the gala dinner nor the preprints.

Payment

All payments should be made either by bank cheques or by VISA / MASTER credit cards. All the payments have to reach us May 15 by the latest.

Each registration will be confirmed after receipt of the registration form and full payment.

Payments at the registration desk will be subject to an extra 200 FF supplementary cost (100 FF for student registration).

Check in

. Sunday evening 8 June from 6.00 pm till 8.00 pm at the symposium location.

. During the conference days from 8.00 am at the symposium location.

You will receive a name badge, the social event tickets and the preprints.

Cancellation

Written cancellations reveived by the Conference Secretariat

. Prior to 15 May : 50% of the fee will be refunded.

. After 15 May : the full registration fee is charged. In this case we will send you a complete set of the preprints following the symposium.
