Camera-ready paper submission

The camera-ready paper submission process is specified as follows:

  • step 1: each accepted author must send his accepted file(s) in PDF with the specified pdf format (see 'call for papers/formatting instructions') to the program chair before march 4th.
  • step 2: each accepted author (one author per paper) must register before march 4th on the conference site (see registration link)
  • step 3: each accepted author (one author per paper) must make a paper copy of the copyright form (available in pdf below) and then send it by fax to the specified address.
  • step 4: each accepted author must send his accepted source file(s) in .tex, .doc or .rtf formats according to the formatting rules (see 'call for papers/formatting instructions') to 'ieaaie-papers@univ-savoie.fr' before march 10th (files can be zipped, as .zip, tar.gz, .rar but in any case the attached package must not exceed 1Mo).


Author's copyright form

In order to be published, authors must send a copyright form to the program chair before march 10th.

  1. download the pdf file of the copyright form below.
  2. fill in the form (don't forgive the signature)
  3. send it by fax to the program chair at : +33 450 096 559

Special information for student authors

Student authors are expected to register and pay full fee. However They will be given a travel award of $250 at the end of conference, if the following conditions are satisfied :

 

  1. A student is the sole author of the paper( that is, non-students are not the authors at all of the paper); The student will be required to prove that.
  2. The student has registered with full fee,
  3. The student has presented the paper at the conference.
  4. The student has not presented any other paper which has non-student authors.
  5. The student has not attended the banquet
