Oral Presentations

20 minutes are allocated to each oral presentation. Presenting authors are requested to leave 2-3 minutes for questions from the audience and/or discussion. A desktop with PowerPoint and Acroread and a projector will be available to support oral presentations. Any other presentation hardware/software must be requested in advance. Slides should be delivered to the technical staff during the break BEFORE the start of their session to keep the timing.

Poster Presentations

The space available for your poster on the board is about A0 standard size (i.e., 841 mm by 1189 mm; 33.1 in by 46.8 in). Sticky tape will be provided at the conference to fix your poster to the board. Posters should be put-up at 8 AM of the day on which they are scheduled and should remain available for the whole day.
