The camera-ready paper have to be submitted as a new version of the accepted paper through the CMBi 2012 EasyChair site. The authors have to follow the IEEE guidelines given below.
All accepted and registered papers will be published in the CBMI 2012 workshop proceedings which will be indexed and distributed by the IEEE xploreTM. Therefore you must prepare your manuscript in an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF version.
The submission is not blind.

Submission guidelines
Submissions will be accepted only by electronic submission through the CMBi 2012 EasyChair site.
Authors should take into account the following guidelines:
* All the contributions must be written in English.
* The maximum length for the papers is 6 IEEE 2-column style pages for full paper submissions and Special Sessions paper submissions, and 4 IEEE 2-column style pages for demo paper submissions, including all the contents (figures, tables, references, results...).

* The PDF file format is the only one accepted for the submissions. Microsoft Windows users can use tools such as CutePDF, which is a free virtual printer for the creation of a PDF file. The LaTeX users can create PDF files via pdflatex. A number of virtual printers are available for Linux systems as well. On Unix system, PDF files can be obtained from PS ones using the command-line tool ps2pdf.
* Please follow the IEEE guidelines on the creation of PDF files suitable for the inclusion in IEEEXploreTM (particularly referring to the section 3.1 of this document). Make sure to embed all the fonts that are used in the document.
Failure to meet the formatting requirements stated in this page and in the linked guidelines documents could result in your paper not being included in the proceedings.
