Preliminary Technical Program

The Preliminary Technical Program is also available here.

Guidelines for Oral Presentations.

Presentation formats are 18 minutes talks, followed by 6 minutes for questions. There will be a dedicated PC (with an internet connection), projector and technical officer. Except for special image or video formats, we will discourage usage of personal machines, to avoid painful comings and goings. Accepted presentation formats are the usual: Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF. Files should be provided by means of a USB Key. Presenters are asked to be present in their appointed room at least 10 minutes before the start of the session in order to transfer files on the dedicated PC. We remind participants that it is customary to present oneself to the chairman before the start of one's session.

Guidelines for Poster Presentations.

A poster panel will be allocated to each presenter. The panels are about 1.8m x 1.2m, and are therefore suitable for an A0 poster, portrait (which is the recommended format). Presenters are asked to be present in their appointed room at least 15 minutes before the start of the session in order to install their poster. We remind participants that it is customary to present oneself to the chairman before the start of one's session.
